Your key responsibilities include preparing monthly reporting packages, bank reconciliations, and annual budget coordination with other departments. Additionally, you'll ensure compliance with accounting policies while maintaining detailed financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full accounting cycle for residential properties
• Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and control accounts reviews




• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Coordinate annual budget preparation and interdepartmental data collection

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Property Management experience preferable
• 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
• CPA designation or progress toward it
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Yardi Voyageur
• Solid communication and time management skills
