Reporting to the Industrial Maintenance & Facilities Manager, you will be instrumental in creating and maintaining PLC, HMI, and SCADA control systems for cheese processing. Your role will involve troubleshooting and developing technology solutions related to pasteurization and packaging while adhering to strict food safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and troubleshoot PLC/HMI/SCADA systems
• Implement automation for Clean-in-Place systems
• Ensure compliance with FDA and USDA standards
• Integrate sensors and instrumentation for monitoring
• Conduct tests and commission automated systems
Requirements:
• Expertise in dairy industry control systems
• Experience with PLC programming and integration
• Knowledge of FDA, USDA, and FSMA regulations
• Strong documentation skills for validation reporting
