Location: 2385 Matheson Blvd East, Mississauga, Ontario L4W 5B3. Company: TruGreen Canada.

We are looking for Full‑time Sales Representatives. Compensation: Guaranteed hourly wage plus performance‑based bonus, paid weekly. Pay range: $760 to $1,750+ per week (no cap, no limits). Income grows with performance.

Responsibilities

- Sell programs and services to current and prospective customers within assigned territory.
- Conduct follow‑up of leads and customer retention/service calls via telephone and person‑to‑person contact to identify customer needs.
- Develop customized solutions based on customer needs using the TruGreen suite of lawn care products and services.

Qualifications

- No experience required.
- Valid driver’s license not required but considered an asset.
- Criminal background check required prior to hire.
