Become a key player in proactive maintenance as a hybrid Maintenance Planner in the Niagara region. Develop and coordinate maintenance plans to support water and wastewater services effectively.

Reporting to the Manager of Maintenance Management Systems, you will coordinate high-quality maintenance plans that ensure operational readiness. The role demands at least three years of planning experience in utilities or municipal environments and a strong understanding of CMMS/EAM practices. You will lead work planning leadership while ensuring compliance and maintaining effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop high-quality maintenance plans for proactive activities • Coordinate materials, tools,



and specialized equipment availability • Support maintenance scheduling and execution processes • Ensure data integrity and continuous improvement efforts • Execute other related duties as required

Requirements: • Post-secondary degree in engineering or equivalent experience • Minimum 3 years’ experience in planning and scheduling • Strong knowledge of CMMS/EAM practices • Excellent communication and facilitation skills • Relevant certifications such as MMP or PMP are assets
