Our client: A well-established Canadian organization operating within the construction and infrastructure sector.

Principal tasks and responsibilities include:

- Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical, operational and corporate functions, from intake through offer.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, networking and direct headhunting techniques.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, providing market insights, recruitment strategy and hiring recommendations.
- Manage recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate documentation, reporting and candidate tracking.
- Create recruitment reports, dashboards and presentations to support workforce planning and hiring initiatives.
- Participate in recruitment strategy meetings and contribute ideas to improve hiring processes, candidate experience and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders on employer branding, recruitment marketing and talent attraction campaigns.
- Support workforce planning by identifying talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain a high level of organization while managing multiple searches and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.




- Build relationships with candidates and act as a trusted ambassador for the organization throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications and pre-requisites:

- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an internal Talent Acquisition or agency recruitment environment.
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and headhunting passive candidates for difficult-to-fill positions.
- Strong proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and providing recruitment strategy and market intelligence.
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with experience creating recruitment metrics, reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience recruiting within construction, engineering, industrial, manufacturing or related technical environments is considered a solid asset.
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently while collaborating with a close-knit team.
- Comfortable working in a predominantly in-office environment.
