Client is seeking a Building Intelligence Engineer for HVAC controls in the NYC metro area. The role involves managing the installation and integration of sophisticated systems while ensuring high-quality execution. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HVAC controls installation from kickoff to completion

• Serve as technical lead during system commissioning

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, ideally HVAC focused
• 5-10 years of experience in building automation
• Proven client-facing communication skills
• Ability to travel within the NYC metro area
• Experience with Niagara Tridium products preferred
