Join Skeena Gold + Silver Limited as the Water Management Area Lead focused on HDPE dewatering. This site-based role is instrumental in ensuring safe water management operations at the Eskay Creek mine in British Columbia.

Reporting to the Superintendent, you will lead efforts in pipeline construction and inventory management while ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Your daily responsibilities will include supervising field activities and maintaining operational efficiency in water collection and discharge. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of HDPE pipelines
• Ensure safety in water transfer and discharge procedures




• Manage inventory for materials and equipment
• Provide direction to team members in office
• Support environmental compliance and reporting efforts

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 5 years in water management or relevant field
• Previous supervisory experience essential
• EOCP Level 1 or Level 2 certification is an asset
• Proficient in planning and reporting systems
