As the initial contact for our Service customers, you’ll oversee their journey while ensuring outstanding service and support. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess auto services via customer symptom descriptions
• Verify warranty and service contracts for accuracy
• Prepare and explain repair estimates to customers

Requirements:
• At least 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Must hold a valid G Driver’s License
• Auto experience is a plus
