The ideal candidate will have over five years of HVAC expertise, especially in commercial or industrial settings, and a strong background in hydronic cooling systems. You will manage operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of both traditional and emerging cooling systems to ensure a stable environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily operations and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical and thermal system issues




• Conduct routine inspections and respond promptly to alarms
• Assist with commissioning of recent cooling infrastructure
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS/work order systems

Requirements:
• 5+ years of HVAC experience in relevant environments
• Knowledge of hydronic cooling and BMS controls
• Strong diagnostic skills in thermal systems
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics
