Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify mortgage professionals for recruitment
• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls
• Generate professional email and text communications




• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the CENTUM Recruitment Team

Requirements:
• Previous sales experience required
• Customer service or recruitment experience is an asset
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Robust organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred
