As a vital part of Jaza Energy, you will oversee the comprehensive accounting cycle for our Canadian operations. This includes managing accounts receivable, payable, payroll processing, and regulatory compliance related to taxes such as GST/HST. You will also serve as the key liaison for intercompany transactions, optimize cash management, and contribute to strategic budget tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle accounting for Jaza Energy Inc. in Canada
• Manage payroll and year-end financial reporting




• Oversee Canadian corporate tax obligations
• Coordinate cash flow forecasts and banking operations
• Ensure accurate intercompany transactions and documentation

Requirements:
• 5-7 years in accounting and finance operations
• CPA (Canada) or equivalent qualification preferred
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Robust knowledge of Canadian tax regulations
• Authorized to work in Canada, located in Halifax
