About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cloud/Data Migration Engineer to support a large-scale cloud transformation initiative. This role combines deep expertise in database migration, cloud modernization, and Python engineering.
The successful candidate will play a key role in migrating enterprise data platforms from Oracle and SQL Server to Snowflake , modernizing database assets and stored procedures, and transitioning Python-based analytics workloads from on-premises environments to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) .
Required Qualifications
Solid experience with Python development
Advanced SQL and database development skills
Experience with Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server
Hands-on experience with Snowflake data platform
Experience migrating data and database workloads to cloud platforms
Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization
Experience working in Agile development environments

Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or candidacy
Bloomberg platform experience
Data engineering and cloud modernization experience
