Join NexGen as the Lead Health, Safety, and Workplace Coordinator at the Rook I Project. Spearhead HSE strategies on a rotating 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off schedule for effective site management.

This senior role focuses on continuous improvement of HSE systems to comply with NexGen's values and obligations. You will provide guidance to site stakeholders and lead a team of Health & Safety Coordinators. Responsibilities include promoting safety culture, incident prevention, and overseeing both environmental compliance and emergency management practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance the site Health & Safety Management System
• Support the Emergency Response Team during drills and incidents
• Coordinate H&S; objectives and monitor key performance indicators




• Conduct audits and ensure timely closure of corrective actions
• Mentor and guide HSE Coordinators and other team members

Requirements:
• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or similar field
• 8-10+ years in HSE roles, preferably in construction
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and HSE systems
• Experience in managing site contractors
• CRSP or equivalent certification is beneficial
