Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging one-hour awareness seminars
• Conduct interactive half- and full-day skill-building workshops

Requirements:
• Postgraduate degree in adult education, psychology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in instructor-led training
• Proven communication and group facilitation skills
• Experience with adult learners in workplace settings
