Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Business Program Manager - Digital Assets Platform/Banking. In this highly strategic position, you will partner directly with senior executives to oversee a portfolio of digital asset and emerging technology initiatives. Your expertise will enable alignment between business and technology priorities, ensuring successful execution of complex programs without being involved in day-to-day project delivery.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with senior executives to define program objectives and strategic alignment

Manage multiple program workstreams, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery

Facilitate workshops and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project success

Develop and maintain executive-level reports and dashboards to communicate progress and risks

Lead strategic planning, governance, and prioritization activities for digital asset initiatives

Influence senior business leaders and stakeholders through effective communication and consultative approaches

Oversee project financials, managing portfolio budgets and resource allocations

Drive collaboration across technology and business teams to meet strategic goals

Synthesize complex information into transparent, concise executive summaries

Ensure compliance with governance standards and best practices for digital programs

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at an executive level





Proven experience managing project financials and portfolio budgets

Ability to lead multiple streams of work concurrently

Strong consultative approach capable of influencing senior leaders

Skilled in facilitating workshops and cross-functional team coordination

Strong strategic planning and governance background

Experience in digital programs or digital asset management

Prior banking or financial services experience highly preferred

Nice to Have

Familiarity with emerging technologies and innovation initiatives

Proven track record in leading large-scale transformational programs

Previous experience working in a highly regulated environment

Knowledge of compliance standards relevant to financial organizations
