Reporting to the Senior Manager – Operations & Maintenance, your focus will be on meal preparation for lodge occupants while ensuring a clean and organized kitchen. You will collaborate with other cooks and support staff while driving operational efficiencies. Strong organizational skills are required for success in this environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare balanced meals while minimizing waste
• Clean and sanitize utensils, dishes, and kitchen supplies
• Oversee food supplies and manage incoming orders
• Maintain cleanliness in lodge accommodations
• Implement regular deep cleaning schedules in shared spaces

Requirements:
• Culinary certification and High School Diploma mandatory
• Food Protected Level 1 certification required
• Significant cooking experience in a similar job setting
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Computer skills for food management tasks
