This role reports to the Director, Digital, focusing on email marketing, SMS, and marketing automation. You will execute campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, boost open and click-through rates, and leverage CRM insights for targeted customer journeys. Collaborating across departments, you will also support the Club's online presence and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize personalized email and SMS marketing journeys
• Execute promotional campaigns for multiple business units
• Analyze performance metrics to enhance engagement and conversions
• Collaborate on integrated campaigns across departments
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2-4 years of digital marketing experience
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms
• Robust understanding of email best practices and segmentation
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
