You’ll be joining our Brossard team at Quartier DIX30, 8440 Boul. Leduc Suite 10, Brossard, QC J4Y 0A5, in a full time capacity
What You’ll Do Build meaningful relationships with customers and guide them through the buying journey
Deliver a high level of customer service while driving sales performance
Help customers create thoughtful, functional spaces that reflect their lifestyle
Develop strong product knowledge across upholstery, dining, bedroom, and accessories
Follow up with customers and maintain long-term relationships
Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals
Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and high-performing store culture

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Compensation & Growth This position offers a commission structure designed to reward high performance. Our full-time Design Consultants typically earn between $65,000–$75,000 annually, with top performers exceeding that range.
