Job Description
CIMA+ is expanding its presence across the Greater Golden Horseshoe (GGH) and Ontario. Our Earth and Environment team is seeking a Senior Geoscientist or Environmental Engineer to play a key leadership role in delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects.

In this position, you will lead and contribute to high-impact environmental projects,



including Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), Excess Soils Management, and brownfield redevelopment projects. You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle—from proposal development and strategic positioning to technical delivery, quality assurance, and client relationship management.

As a senior member of the team, you will also act as a trusted advisor, ensuring best practices, managing risks, and mentoring the next generation of professionals, all while contributing to the growth and visibility of our services in the region.
