In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of Supply Chain Operations while overseeing logistics and supply chain functions. Your ability to build relationships with stakeholders will be crucial in meeting performance expectations at Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga Hospital, and Queensway Health Centre. You will ensure the alignment of supply chain operations with the organization's values.

Key Responsibilities:
• Daily management of logistics, shipping, and receiving processes
• Maintain high standards through KPI monitoring
• Manage operations budget ranging from $100k-$1M+




• Coordinate materials management and on-call schedules
• Foster a customer-centric culture within the department

Requirements:
• Degree in business or supply chain discipline
• 4-6 years of supervisory experience in relevant fields
• Certification in supply chain like SCMP or P.Log preferred
• Experience with operational changes and LEAN processes
• Familiarity with Meditech or SAP software is a plus
