• Lead and develop the Quality Control team, including certification staff
• Ensure Canadian Aviation Regulations compliance and industry standards




• Oversee various inspections and functional testing processes
• Review maintenance releases and technical documentation
• Conduct internal and external quality audits

Requirements:
• Valid Canadian AME-E Licence
• Minimum 10 years' experience in avionics maintenance
• Leadership experience managing quality teams
• Strong knowledge of CARs and MRO regulations
• Proven ability in driving process improvements
