Your role will involve using advanced clinical protocols to provide accurate diagnoses and recommendations. You will partner with the Store Manager to build a motivating workplace focused on commitment, innovation, and excellence in eyecare.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional Patient/Customer Service using NECE protocols
• Support patients with greetings and phone inquiries
• Conduct all services per Clinical Protocols and standards
• Establish positive relationships with all patients
• Assist in training Associate Doctors on clinical protocols
Requirements:
• Doctor of Optometry degree necessary
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology required
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Effective organization and time management abilities
• Willingness to uphold Pearle Vision’s standards
