What You'll Do

Build relationships with customers and identify their vehicle needs

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives

Present financing, leasing, and ownership options

Follow up with prospects and existing customers

Maintain CRM activities and sales pipelineDeliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the buying journey

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

What We're Looking For

Previous sales experience is an asset but not required

Automotive sales experience strongly preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed

Professional appearance and attitude

Customer-focused approach

Ability to work weekends

Valid driver's license

Bonus Points For

Automotive dealership experience

Existing customer network in Richmond or Greater Vancouver

Social media prospecting experience

Ability to speak Tagalog
