This full time role is a one-year contract where you will assist eligible clients aged 55 and older. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Services along with 3-5 years of relevant counselling experience. Proficiency in hearing loss evaluation and recommendations for audiological devices is crucial for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individual counselling for the elderly with hearing difficulties
• Perform hearing loss evaluations using relevant tools
• Instruct clients on hearing aid operation and care




• Work with other agencies to facilitate client independence
• Efficiently manage administrative responsibilities and deadlines

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Social Services required
• 3-5 years’ experience counselling seniors
• Familiarity with hearing loss assessments and devices
