We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic professional to join our team as anAnalytical ChemistinWhitby,ON.
This is an on-site position.
Responsibilities Documents experimental data accurately in compliance with ALCOA principles and GMP requirements.
Performs HPLC, GC, dissolution, and physical testing following established analytical methods and SOPs.
Operates and maintains laboratory equipment including HPLC, GC, KF, FTIR, viscometer, particle size analyzer, and pH meters.
Utilizes Empower, LIMS, MS Word, and Excel for data management, documentation, and reporting.
Troubleshoots analytical system suitability issues, interprets results, and supports OOS investigations.
Maintains a protected laboratory environment and supports rotating shift schedules as required.




Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Science in chemistry or a related field.
2–5 years of experience performing analytical testing for prototype to commercial batches in support of development and/or manufacturing operations.
Hands-on experience operating and utilizing analytical laboratory equipment, including GC, HPLC, KF, KF-Coulometer, FTIR, viscometer, particle size analyzer, pH meter, and other basic laboratory instruments.
Awareness of quality and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry .
Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as determination of test reliability, analysis of variance, and correlation techniques.
Ability to work rotating shifts and flexible schedules as required by operational needs.
Note: Salary ranges from $28–$33 per hour, depending on experience.
