Key Responsibilities:
• Offer culturally sensitive and trauma-informed counseling
• Leverage app features to enhance client sessions
• Participate actively in team meetings and workshops
• Commit to DiveThru’s values of care and empathy

Requirements:
• Experience working with children, teens, adults, and families
• Full registration with Alberta College of Social Workers
• Valid qualified liability insurance
• Completed Master’s or Doctoral degree in relevant fields
• Must see at least 15 clients weekly, both in-person and online
