You will collaborate with the HR Operations Lead and leaders to enhance safety training and processes across the organization. Your hands-on approach will ensure effective inspections, incident investigations, and the overall success of our Safety Management System.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate safety training and certification programs
• Lead investigations into workplace incidents
• Organize inspections and safety-related documentation




• Support leaders with corrective actions and practices
• Monitor and enhance Safety Management System operations

Requirements:
• Experience or education in workplace safety or HR
• Knowledge of SECURE Work Certification or similar systems
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive mindset
• Ability to build trust with employees and leaders
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
