As a key leader, you will be responsible for directing clinical programs and nursing staff, ensuring comprehensive resident care plans. You'll also oversee compliance with the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021 and facilitate collaboration with medical teams and resident councils. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage nursing staff and clinical programs
• Implement and review care plans for residents
• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations

Requirements:
• Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• At least 5 years of nursing experience
• Experience in leadership and supervisory roles
• Current BLS/CPR certification
