This full-time role reports to the Construction Manager and entails supervising finishing tasks while ensuring quality standards. You will repair deficiencies, assist trades, and coordinate homeowner appointments. Solid communication and problem-solving skills are essential to effectively manage the pre-occupancy process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Repair items before homeowner walkthroughs
• Supervise trades and complete finishing tasks
• Maintain and update construction schedules
• Liaise with sub-trades for timely installations
• Coordinate homeowner walkthroughs and key turnovers

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in home construction
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Effective use of Microsoft Office programs
• Satisfactory criminal record check
