In this permanent role starting September 8, 2026, you will be a key part of the school-based delivery team. Your responsibilities will include developing a comprehensive guidance program and implementing proactive interventions. Reporting to the Principal, you’ll also support response planning for critical incidents and foster educational improvement through targeted program support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a comprehensive school guidance program
• Lead crisis intervention and trauma response plans

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education and Level IV NL Teaching Certificate
• Master’s degree in counseling psychology
• Experience with assessments and counseling
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
