How You’ll Make An Impact Report to Manager, Mortgage Recoveries at Bridgewater Bank.
Administer a portfolio of tax arrears accounts to bring the tax accounts into good standing.
Analyze customer’s financial situations, offer loans where applicable, set up of loan facilities and payment of proceeds.
Communicate with customers when the bank receives cancellations of home insurance policies, to obtain proof of replacement policies.
Process bankruptcy and consumer proposal documents to ensure accuracy, and action when our property is being vacated.
Uphold Bridgewater Bank's standards of excellence, consistently adhering to Corporate Compliance requirements and embodying our values of integrity and accountability.
What You Bring To The Table You have post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g., business/commerce, business management, finance, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
You bring a minimum of 3 years of experience working within a lending institution workplace.
You have at least 1 year of direct customer service experience.
