Sofina is seeking a Health and Safety Specialist to collaborate closely with the Manager, Health & Safety. This role requires 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, alongside strong knowledge of safety legislation and standards. You will facilitate health and safety programs, conduct audits, and support training initiatives to enhance workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with the Manager to guide health & safety programs
• Monitor and facilitate a safe work environment
• Conduct audits and implement corrective actions
• Analyze safety data and report on initiatives
• Develop and deliver health & safety training

Requirements:
• Degree or certification in Occupational Health & Safety
• 3-5 years in a progressive H&S; role
• Strong knowledge of safety legislation
• Advanced First Aid or EMT Certification
• Experience with document control methodologies
