Your key responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and supervising projects effectively from initiation to completion. With a people-first culture, you will have the support needed for a healthy work-life balance and manageable project loads, working with 20-25 homes per superintendent and an assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and control construction projects according to specifications
• Log daily site operations and resolve onsite issues




• Supervise subcontractors and ensure safety compliance
• Maintain quality standards throughout construction
• Prepare progress reports for clients

Requirements:
• Three years of experience in residential construction management
• Knowledge of safety legislation and equipment operation
• Clean driver’s abstract and valid class five driver’s license
• Understanding of Microsoft Office and iOS preferred
• Criminal Records Check satisfactory to company
