Key Responsibilities:
• Develop weekly and monthly mining plans with stakeholders
• Lead design reviews for lateral development initiatives
• Design and approve ventilation and water management systems
• Coordinate underground construction projects with consultants
• Prepare KPI reports to monitor project development
Requirements:
• 2-3 years experience in engineering roles
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Professional designation (P.Eng.) strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork ability
