Splitsville Entertainment is seeking a Facilities Manager with a hands-on approach and leadership skills. This role values multi-skilled individuals in DIY, maintenance, and team supervision. You will manage facility standards, comply with regulations, and act as a liaison for guests experiencing equipment issues, ensuring their visit remains enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise a small maintenance team effectively
• Maintain all equipment to the highest standards
• Liaise with guests about any faults or issues
• Ensure facility compliance with safety regulations
• Proactively seek out and address maintenance problems
Requirements:
• Proven experience in team supervision
• Strong DIY skills in painting, plumbing, and more
