The opportunity
Join a team where health, safety, and environment are at the core of everything we do. As a Site HSE Specialist, you will play a key role in embedding HSE best practices throughout all phases of project execution.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Support the development of Site HSE Plans
- Act as the primary HSE point of contact on site
- Monitor and report HSE KPIs and performance
- Ensure safe planning and execution of site activities
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
- Analyze trends and recommend preventive measures
- Conduct inspections and engage in safety discussions
- Promote HSE programs, including “We Care”
Your background
- CNESST certification (CoSS) for construction sites
- OHS diploma or skilled certification (CSP, CIH, NCSO)
- Bilingual in French and English
- Experience in HSE on complex projects
- Incident investigation training
- Knowledge of electrical safety in high-voltage environments
