Role

As a Customs Administrator, you will be a key player in supporting our customs-related issues and programs. Working closely with your team, you will use your exceptional customer service skills to build relationships with, and give support to, our Drivers, the customs brokerage community, and US and Canadian Customs agencies. Specific Responsibilities include: Coordinate customs clearance for cross-border shipments (PAPS/ACE and PARS/ACI). Review and process customs documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Monitor shipment clearances and proactively resolve issues to prevent border delays. Communicate with drivers, operations staff, customers, border officers, and customs brokers regarding shipment status and requirements. Investigate and resolve documentation discrepancies and customs-related inquiries. Maintain accurate shipment and clearance records in company systems. Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

- Previous administrative, transportation, logistics, or customer service experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of customs processes or the transportation industry is considered an asset but not required.





Shift and Classification

Shift: Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 - 19:00. This job is classified under NOC Code: 14100.
