This position requires professional interaction, assessing driving skills at multiple levels including G2, G, M2, and M licenses. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent customer service, manage sensitive information, and provide detailed feedback on driving assessments. You will contribute to a fair testing setting while adhering to all safety and operational regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate applicant driving abilities during road tests
• Provide grade and feedback on driving performance




• Respond to inquiries about licensing and examination processes
• Complete verification of candidate identification
• Maintain safety and compliance with regulations
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence
• Four years driving experience from licensing date
• Knowledge of DriveTest policies and regulations
• Two years in customer service roles
• Valid Class M or controlled class licence, if applicable
