Our company, an international clothing distributor, is looking for a seasoned Sales Manager for our women's line. This full time role requires a dynamic leader who can manage multiple selling seasons and inspire the sales rep team. You will report directly to the Managing Director while focusing on customer growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts
• Sell at trade shows throughout Canada and the US
• Own seasonal sales strategy and achieve booking targets
• Collaborate with the Brand Assistant for line administration
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee order processes
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in fashion sales
• Proven ability to motivate sales teams
• Comfortable with administrative tasks and various platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel for trade shows
