Description
As a senior member of the branch sales/leadership team, the primary responsibilities include understanding the financial needs of our Members, providing appropriate advice and recommendations, offering complex credit and investment advice, proactively identifying opportunities for Meridian products/services, and meeting individual and team business goals. The role requires managing Member portfolios, building relationships, and positioning Meridian products to enhance Member financial well‑being.

- Opens new Member accounts using account opening strategies.
- Maintains knowledge of economic and market conditions.
- Builds external centers of influence to optimize sales.
- Uses Meridian tools and virtual platforms to deepen relationships.
- Seeks referrals to Retail Wealth, Small Business, and Commercial partners.
- Resolves issues at first contact, escalates complex concerns appropriately.
- Manages daily work within compliance, audit, policy, and procedure.
- Champions corporate strategies and programs for the branch.
Community Experience
- Participates in the Community engagement plan, promoting Meridian in local events.
- Sponsors local community organizations through Business Development and Positive Neighbour Program.

Education, Work Experience, and Professional Designations/Certifications
- Post‑secondary education and at least 3 years of equivalent work experience in a financial services sales environment with a proven sales track record.
- MFDA licensing required.
Salary Range
CAD $52,000 – $78,000 annually.
Location
This role is in office at 450 Garrison Rd. Unit 14 Fort Erie, ON L2A 1N2.
