Key Responsibilities:
• Establish robust ties with local employers for job opportunities
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and networking events




• Coach employers on inclusive hiring and staffing strategies
• Support individuals in job search and application processes
• Maintain documentation and track participant progress
Requirements:
• 2 years post-secondary education preferred
• 1-year experience in social services is preferred
• Valid class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
