Your role will incorporate troubleshooting and the development of customer-specific welding solutions while engaging in continuous learning and innovation across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support R&D; initiatives and testing for welding applications
• Investigate and resolve technical issues with customers
• Conduct training sessions to improve technical understanding




• Maintain organization of workspace per 5S standards
• Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress
Requirements:
• Welding Engineering Diploma or similar qualification
• 3-5 years exclusive experience in welding
• Certification as a CSA W178.2 Welding Inspector (required/in progress)
• Ability to travel 25% for customer engagement
• Passion for technical skill development
