As part of the Trillium Gift of Life Network, Ontario Health is in search of a dedicated Clinical Responder. You will be integral in guiding donor assessments, securing consent, and managing the medical care for potential organ donors. Your role will not only facilitate the donation process but also build robust connections with families at pivotal moments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support healthcare professionals throughout donation
• Assess potential donors in line with clinical guidelines
• Collaborate with healthcare providers on family approaches




• Manage donor medical conditions effectively
• Liaise with clinical coordinators to ensure efficiency
Requirements:
• Nursing Diploma or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• At least three years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Valid G driver’s license and vehicle access required
