As General Manager, you will be at the helm of daily operations in a fast-paced setting. This role demands a strategic leader ready to oversee service flow, manage a dedicated team, and drive the company culture. Your hands-on approach will ensure the smooth integration of restaurant and brewery functions while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front- and back-of-house operations for daily service
• Lead scheduling and inventory alongside team coordination
• Monitor and resolve guest feedback professionally




• Coordinate closely with brewery operations for seamless service
• Build robust relationships with regulars and the local community

Requirements:
• 3+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
• Valid SmartServe and FoodSafe certifications
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• In-depth understanding of Toronto hospitality regulations
• Proven ability to perform under pressure
