Universal Music Canada seeks a passionate HR Generalist as the Director of People, Inclusion & Culture. You will collaborate closely with the Leadership Team to drive organizational strategy and manage day-to-day activities. Key responsibilities include advising on policies, staffing, employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build collaborative relationships with teams
• Coach leaders on performance and career development
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support Equity,



Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
• Oversee department administration and compliance

Requirements:
• 10+ years of HR experience in progressive roles
• Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation
• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• Experience in creative industries is an asset
• Strong analytical and communication skills
