The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
Position Overview
Experience
Minimum of 4 years recent related clinical experience in nursing required.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing required.
Master’s Degree in Nursing is preferred (equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered).
Certification/Licensure/Registration
Current registration or eligibility for registration with theCollege of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM).
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to function in a computerized setting.
Ability to problem solve in complex situations.
Demonstrated strong critical thinking skills.
Knowledge of adult learning and teaching strategies.
Demonstrated ability to cope with change.

Physical Requirements
Ability to perform the essential physical requirements of the position.
Minimum to moderate physical effort required.

This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for any service charges incurred. A security check is considered current if it was obtained no more than six (6) months prior to the start of employment.
