This leadership role focuses on the successful implementation and growth of the Mastercard Foundation Fellows Program. The position requires strategic partnership development, program management, and a deep understanding of Indigenous practices. Collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders, you’ll ensure that Indigenous youth voices are prioritized in all facets of the program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead relationship management of Fellows Program host organizations
• Support high-quality programming and shared objectives
• Monitor partner performance and address challenges proactively




• Facilitate annual program planning with stakeholders
• Amplify fellows’ stories and achievements in various platforms

Requirements:
• Minimum five years in youth leadership or community development
• Experience with Indigenous communities and organizations
• Solid skills in program management and partnership building
• Knowledge of Indigenous ways of learning and evaluation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
