En tant que leader de notre clinique Pointe-Claire, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la qualité des soins offerts, l’expérience client, le développement de l’équipe et la performance globale de la clinique. Relevant du Directeur des opérations, vous agirez comme pilier clinique, gestionnaire inspirant et ambassadeur de la marque Concordia Physio Sport au sein de la communauté.

Vos Responsabilités

Offrir un leadership clinique et opérationnel auprès d’une équipe interdisciplinaire

Encadrer, développer et mobiliser les membres de l’équipe grâce à un encadrement structuré (PPD)

Assurer l’application rigoureuse des modèles de soins CBI Santé

Développer et maintenir des relations clés avec la communauté et les médecins

Contribuer aux décisions stratégiques et à la croissance de la clinique

Favoriser une culture axée sur l’expérience client, l’innovation et la performance

Être un moteur dans l’intégration et le développement des talents

Votre Profil





Physiothérapeute inscrit(e) en règle à l’Ordre professionnel

Minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans un rôle de gestion d’équipe ou de clinique

Solides aptitudes en communication, coaching, gestion de la performance et résolution de problèmes

Autonomie, rigueur et orientation vers les résultats

At Concordia Physio Sport - Pointe-Claire, we are looking for an experienced physiotherapist to fill a strategic role as Clinical Manager. As the leader of our Pointe-Claire clinic, you will play a key role in the quality of care provided, the customer experience, team development, and the overall performance of the clinic. At Concordia Physio Sport Pointe-Claire, you will have the unique opportunity to work with a team that has over 20 years of experience. Our team is committed to developing the next generation of clinicians in a team-oriented and supportive environment. Located across from Lakeshore Hospita l, the Stillview clinic offers excellent networking and career advancement opportunities. We have an orthopedic surgeon and other healthcare professionals available on site. By working as a team,



we are able to provide the care and services expected of an elite rehabilitation center. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will act as a clinical pillar, inspiring manager, and ambassador for the Concordia Physio Sport - Pointe-Claire brand within the community.

Your Responsibilities

Provide access to care through service provision (clinical treatment) or contribute towards client experience and operational leadership of the clinic or the local area clinics

Supervise, develop, and engage team members through structured coaching (PPD)

Develop and maintain key relationships with the community and physicians

Contribute to strategic decisions and the growth of the clinic

Promote a culture focused on customer experience, innovation, and performance

Be a driving force in the integration and development of talented clinicians

Your Profile

Registered physiotherapist in good standing with the professional order

Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of experience in management (team or clinic)

Strong communication, coaching, performance management, and problem-solving skills

Autonomy, rigor, and results-oriented

French speaking is mandatory
