Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver perioperative care in scrub and circulating functions
• Educate and advocate for patients and families
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary surgical teams
• Support patient safety throughout the hospital stay
• Maintain practice standards and professional development
Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited nursing education program
• Eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
• Active Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS-HCP) certification
• Recent OR experience within 5 years
• Completion of a recognized perioperative program
