Reporting to the Manager of Environment and Regulatory Strategy, the Senior Lead will ensure compliance through effective management systems across Teck's Legacy Properties. Candidates should possess significant experience in environmental management, compliance monitoring, and data evaluation. You'll work closely with teams to implement controls, ensuring safe and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor Environment Leads for high performance
• Identify and monitor environmental compliance obligations




• Lead investigations into non-compliances and implement corrective actions
• Oversee environmental data collection and effective data handling
• Develop management plans and standard operating procedures

Requirements:
• Degree in Biological or Environmental Sciences
• Professional accreditation in BC required
• Minimum ten years in environmental management roles
• Strong decision-making and mentoring skills
• Technical knowledge of industry practices and legislation
